support serialization of products (i.e. support product/ documentation etc. handover from prototype facility in Austria to serial production facility in Rumania)quality assurance of the production process, end-of line quality assurance and quality assurance of documentations -> performs on-site inspections (at major assembly partner), product and process reviews according to established guidelines and standardssupply chain process stabilization (goods receipt, intra-logistics and goods out)ensure understanding, onsite evaluation and corrective actions caused by reclamationsensure necessary documentation of deviations / nonconformities as base for claim managementsupplier development based on client - standards for the serial production of the HVAC units -> supports appropriate supplier workshops and support relevant projects on-siteinterface between local quality and engineering at Austria, specific suppliers and the production and testing personal of the assembly partner ensure continuous improvement and support knowledge exchange to and from the headquarters and improve quality.IntroductionIn this attractive position with a broad area of responsibility you are the quality connection between the engineering and prototyping facility in Austria and ONSITE at the serial manufacturing partner located at Craiova, Romania. The main products are Air conditioning units for rail vehicles, requiring education and experience in the area of air conditioning and/or electronics.
