Job DescriptionWe’re growing our team and looking for a quality-driven and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for finding our talent. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with candidates. With prestigious clients across North America and Europe, we develop and implement solutions that enable them to master the demands of a digital-based economy.To excel as Talent Acquisition Specialist, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You must have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to helping them find success in our group. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:- Recruiting new talent across multiple geographies.- Contributing to the development of talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.- Participating in employment branding initiatives.- Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.- Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, schedule interviews etc.).- Taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.- Organizing and/or attending career fairs or other events.- Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.- Manage the relationships with candidates and all information gathered during the recruitment process in order to create a strong database;- Managing and growing our talent pool to build a pipeline for future needs.- Using direct sourcing tools and techniques to ensure the growth of our talent pool;- Keep regular communication with past applicants regarding new jobs and careers opportunities.- Qualifying potential candidates.- Ensure compliance with the department’s processes and procedures.- Support the talent team in all inherent tasks.Requirements- Experience recruiting software developers (valued). - Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist.- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.- A strategic thinker.- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).Benefits- To be part of a multidisciplinary and motivated team. - Opportunity to grow professionally with an active role in the tech industry.- To be part of a growing international team.- Base salary plus benefits according to experience.Requirements- Experience recruiting software developers (valued). - Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. - Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. - Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. - Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. - Good knowledge of local labor legislation. - Excellent communicator. - Well-organized. - A leader and strategic thinker. - BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field. - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
