Team Manager in Sibiu

We are recruiting a Team Manager for our client, a consulting company dealing with the recovery of taxes and allowances for people working legally in Austria and Germany, cu sediul in Cisnadie. Responsibility As a team manager, you are responsible for coaching, evaluating and motivating your team members. It is also important to divide the tasks among the team members so that there is an optimal degree of load. With your experience, you bring the necessary structure to ensure the quality of services. Process optimization is also one of your responsibilities.• Team development and motivation (25 de persoane).• Dividing the tasks in the team so that the workload is well adapted, and the activities can be carried out without problems.• Aligns current employee knowledge with current processes and procedures. You ensure that the team always uses the most appropriate working methods so that they work in the most efficient and cost effective way.• Creates and implements procedures, improves existing processes.•Maintain constructive collaboration with team members to evaluate and deliver the best customer service• Responsible for developing and tracking vacation planning and occupancy. RequirementsCandidate profile · 3-5 years of relevant and recent work experience in a leadership position with a strong focus on organization, procedure creation and implementation; · Preferable background in administration, banking, HR, law, BPO; · The ability to evaluate processes within the company; · Flexibility, proactivity and collegiality; · Good communication skills, organization, empathy and building good working relationships with people; · Prioritize tasks effectively; · Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); · Studies in management or law are considered an advantage.
