Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding sales reps, connecting them with internal experts
- Resolve issues between sales and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide expert support on sales tools (e.g., CRM, quoting, order tracking) and assist others in their use
- Manage personal tasks efficiently and support team coordination to meet deadlines.
- Follow internal processes and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, marketing, or business development
- Experience with high-tech sales environments and channels
- English B2+ (excellent written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and advocate for others
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and professionalism
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in Change Management, Process Optimization, or Service Desk operations
- Previous experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
- Familiarity with M&A environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
