What you’ll do
You will be involved in communicating and maintaining the relationship with the company's suppliers for the planning, development, organization and preparation of all internal documents necessary for the organization of promotional events, ensuring that all the standards and policies of the company in force are respected
Key responsibilities
Elaboration, updating and archiving of all data and information necessary for promotion activities.Organization of workshops, symposia, expert meetings, AstraZeneca participation in independent events (congresses).Organization of trainings, national and regional meetings, preparation of minutes during meetings.Preparation and organization of internal meetings according to the needs and requirements of the company.Assists and supports the department in making travel arrangements, according to the needs and requests of the company.Organization of special internal events and programs.Active involvement in the audit process (document preparation, archiving and unarchiving, compliance with deadlines).Preparation of all the daily logistics activities and the necessary materials according to the needs of the company.Compliance with the AstraZeneca Code of Ethics, Internal Regulations, Global Policies, Ethical Interaction Policy and all policies and procedures established by AstraZeneca.Adopting and demonstrating behaviour that is in line with AstraZeneca's values and ensuring compliance with all applicable company standards.Responsibility to report all accidents (including car accidents), occupational diseases, incidents and any other misconduct to the Direct Supervisor.Your profile
