Role objective
The role objective of Trade Marketing Specialist is to prepare promotional offers and forms for clients while cooperating closely with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
Duties and responsibilities
· Prepares promotional offers for traditional and online clients;
· Prepares monthly reports and cost statements for the promotion;
· Creates and updates price lists;
· Cooperates closely with Sales Representatives (if applicable);
· Executes in-store campaigns, manages POS materials, and ensures brand guidelines are met at the point of sale;
· Creates "sell-in" materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) for the sales team to persuade retailers and boost product listings;
· Monitors sales data and promotional ROI, conducting trade audits and market research to optimize future strategies;
· Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are properly rolled out across all trade channels;
Specialist responsibilities:
· Other tasks defined by the direct supervisor or by the employer;
· Engages in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop professional relationships;
· Supports Key Account Manager in the day to day operative and ad-hoc tasks;
Completed or ongoing higher education in fields such as Marketing / Commerce / Communication;
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing or FMCG Marketing roles;
Strong collaboration skills and proven experience working closely with Sales teams;
Good analytical skills and experience with promotional performance tracking and reporting;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
Good command of Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus;
English language skills at an intermediate–advanced level;
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style;
