Job Description

ADM’s Data Entry, Validation, and Processing Operator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of transport invoice registration processes. Acting as a vital link between zonal traders, ADM’s business partners, headquarters, and transport providers, this role supports efficient communication, accurate documentation, and timely processing across the organization.

Process Accuracy: Ensuring transport invoices and related documents are properly checked, registered, and processed for payment.

Business Support: Helping resolve document and payment-related issues while contributing to reporting, month-end closing activities, and overall departmental performance.

What would be your key responsibilities:

  • Generating the total reception/receipt report and updates the general report
  • Sending the daily report with the total reception/receipt
  • Processing transport invoices: checks/registers invoices in Excel, Sharp, and OnBase for payment, together with all documents required for payment
  • Generating the transport order in Sharp
  • Filing and keeping records of transport contracts
  • Maintaining communication with carriers by email and office phone to ensure the accuracy of invoices/documents
  • Resolving issues related to payment documents
  • Issuing penalty invoices, if applicable
  • Participating in the month-end closing process
  • Participating in internal working meetings
  • Providing support and involvement in the department’s duties
  • Preparing activity reports
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager
  • What would make you successful:
     
  • Advanced PC skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Foreign languages: English
