PROJECT INFORMATION :   Industry:  commerce marketing Remote work : 100% remote Project language:  English (required), Polish Project length:  Long-term cooperation (12 months) Remuneration : up to 200 - 220 PLN nett + VAT/h Start date: end of March / ASAP BYOD: yes PROJECT:   For a global commerce marketing leader, we are looking for a very open minded Technical Lead to manage this landscape, mainly supported by the Workday platform. Full agile mode (Scrum). IIT department is in charge of the Human Resources applicative landscape.   REQUIREMENTS:   Ensure the WD platform stability and efficiency, by defining and delivering related action plan. Manage the technical roadmap in relation with the stakeholders. In charge of the environment refreshes and upgrades. Takes part in the design of the solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility and giving recommendations (pros/cons). Ability to manage Interface feature (between workday and the IT applicative landscape). Back up of the Product Owner. Anticipate & Manage technical dependencies with other tribes or departments. Animate and coordinate stakeholders through recurring meetings. Drive activities through a KPI based vision that is shared with main stakeholders on a monthly basis. Interact with Workday account team.   Skillset:   Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time - 7+ years of experience. Ability to work with business stakeholder and with a delivery factory (offshore). Agile mode. Autonomous. Ability to mitigate risk. Proactive posture. Partnering mindset with the business stakeholders and with the other IT tribes.
