Job Description
- Processing offers, customer orders and supplier orders in SAP;
- Checking daily order confirmations;
- Checking and communicating delivery times to the customer;
- Customer support by maintaining contact with the customer (e-mail/phone)
- Reporting errors in the order processing flow
- Providing support to sales and technical colleagues
- Responsible for the confidentiality of data regarding sales figures, profits, company strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters degree in progress;
- English language - level B2;
- Proactive attitude;
- Problem-solving ability;
- SAP experience - an advantage.
