Accounting Associate in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Responsible for performing AMER payable processes and procure-to-pay related activities. Key Job Accountabilities:Check, prepare and record accounting documentation daily, through manual journal entries or using ERP automatic routines for allocated accounts.Suppliers invoice processing (including checking approval route compliance, accuracy) of invoices and solving supplier queries (statements).Produce and inform (internal/external) about supplier statements on a monthly basis if not closed.Additional Accountabilities:Assist with providing supporting documentation to internal and external auditors.Assist in implementation of new processes and procedures within Accounts Payable.Assist other Corporate and Site departments when required.Participate in special projects and assignments and other duties as assigned.Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated >5%).Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Excellent math skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office ExcelJDE experience a plusAble to work independently and in a team environmentProblem solving skillsGeneral office equipment and materialsWork Environment:The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
