Job Description
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of acquisition specifications for the state aid funded project where he/she drives all acquisition topics
- Works in close collaboration with all the departments involved, ensuring that all the milestones are met according to the initial funding request
- Active participation in each phase of the project ensuring the correctness of all processes and documents as required by the state aid policy;
- Supports the creation of the progress and reimbursement reports;
- Works together with the Project Manager, assisting and supporting him/her with all the data and documents required;
Qualifications
Education:
University degree (preferably technical field);
Know-how:
Previous experience in acquisitions;
Previous experience working with stakeholders from different entities and levels;
Pays very close attention to details;
Personality:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage a complex network of stakeholders;
Analytical thinking and quality oriented mindset;
Result oriented and focused on the driving and execution of the project;
Structured working style;
Languages spoken:
Fluent Romanian and English;
Nice to have:
Previous experience working in implementing external funding projects;
Interest in legislative field, particularly funding legislation;
