Activation Specialist in Bucuresti

JOB PURPOSEThe purpose of Activation Specialist role is to execute implementation of the gum segment in-store activity plan in Romania with close collaboration with sales team and manage suppliers and the development of POSMs while driving efficiency & improving ROI of in-store activities. Activation specialist is also responsible for dedicated Central Europe projects to drive harmonization & further simplification within our CE cluster.What will be your key responsibilities?Responsible for executing Gum segment in-store plan for Romanian market agreed with Activation manager – including briefing agencies & following global brand guidelines, localizing trade story of the activity, producing local materials for field sales & co-ordinating the distribution and implementation while ensuring maximized ROI of the activity and driving the engagement behind the activityResponsible for CP budget management of given segment & market, warehousing management & local suppliers’ collaborationResponsible for Co-pack development (menu card and ad – hoc) & the update of the menu card which happens twice per yearPoint of contact for local sales & field sales to manage the activation materials, logistics, provide support, etc.Owner of the Quarterly booster meeting with sales team to share plans for coming periodsResponsible for dedicated Central Europe projects to drive harmonization & further simplification within our CE cluster.What are we looking for?Results oriented team member with passion to drive excellence in in-store execution with great collaboration skills, high drive for results and great planning & project management skillsEnglish (B2-C1) and Romanian language (native) is requiredExperience with budget management & collaboration with agenciesBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.What can you expect from Mars?Work with over , like-minded and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
