Responsibilities Prepare price quotations on outbound air export/import freight;Rate and route air export/import traffic;Follow up with customers to resolve inquires;Prepare and assemble all documents as necessary for air exports/imports;Prepare, route, and cut air bills and manifests;Correct billings and issue debit and credit memos for customers;Arrange for pick up and movement of freight to gateways;Initiate and maintain customer master profiles in order to have correct information on hand in order to offer consistent service;Communicate information and instructions to/from vendors;Collaborate with other internal departments;Help research and resolve operational problems. Qualifications Bachelor Degree;Advanced English (writing and speaking) – will be tested;Intermediate Office skills;Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis);Ability to manage a variety of data;Strong analytical skills;Ability to provide meaningful and accurate information;Professional experience in air or land forwarding is considered a plus.
