You We are looking for a curious, open-minded person with communication skills to define the product needs in international markets, specifically Spain. You will work on innovative projects that offer great technical challenges in the field of cybersecurity so we are expecting readiness to work in fast changing environments. You are comfortable with working among international teams. You have experience and feel comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities Identify potential products and markets by conducting market research, generating product requirements, strategies, and determining specifications. Become the resident expert in understanding and communicating customer current and future needs and build the strategies and roadmaps that bring delight to customers and meet our tech and business objectives. Work closely with external (customers, users, partners) and internal (sales, marketing, success management, support, and tech) stakeholders to understand challenges, needs, and requirements, and prioritize product features accordingly. Conduct product demos with potential clients in Spain and other target markets to showcase product features and gather feedback. Monitor product performance, including sales, customer feedback, and user engagement, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product. Requirements You are passionate about product development and have at least 2-3 years of product management working experience in the tech industry. Proficiency in Spanish (you will be working with local clients), and a good level of English is essential (is our team communication language). Experience in control and execution of complex projects as well as extensive knowledge of product management standards and methodologies. Great communication skills both verbal and written – in many cases you will be the 1st line of communication with our clients. Knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity processes and products and willingness to deeply understand highly technological solutions would be a plus. Previous experience with cybersecurity/SaaS platforms would be a plus. (UX experience is also valuable) We offer: Competitive salary. Employment contract (first 3 months of probationary period).
