Join us as an Associate Product Manager and take ownership of our carbon toolkit in the maritime industry. You'll work with cross-functional teams, conduct analysis, and develop an effective product strategy that aligns with customer needs and company objectives. Grow into running our carbon accounting product, tracking over 8 million tonnes of CO2 a year for some of the world's largest companies. We're looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven candidate who’s core responsibilities will be around developing and managing the roadmap, backlog, OKRs and building an effective product strategy. You will understand customer needs and align with development teams whilst keeping parity with company objectives and vision. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and OKRs for a product that align with the company & product vision and goals. This will be in conjunction with a parallel carbon team who can provide support and knowledge in both the maritime and emissions space.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is constantly updated and organized with clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and relevant information.Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and continuously iterate and improve the product based on user needs and feedback.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of product features.Conduct market research, gather customer feedback and analytics to identify customer needs and market trends.Deepen the product set and build a culture of true customer-led product design through data-driven solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive product adoption. Skills & Experience Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for a successful digital product.Logical mindset with drive to tackle complex problem-solving.Strong business sense – identifying opportunities and cross collaborating with other areas of the platform to create commercial worth in the products.Approachable, an excellent communicator – presenting to stakeholders both internally & externally is second nature to you.A self-starter who enjoys challenging scenarios and is looking for a growing role as a product manager.Experience with analytics, reporting or data analysis is a bonus.Background within the shipping industry or emissions space is a bonus.Technical knowledge and experience in Software Development is a bonus.
