As Industrial Sales Manager, you will be involved in long-term planning and contribution to the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you’ll integrate and develop processes to meet business needs. As a trusted leader, you’ll find joy in delivering successful project outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, strong relationships and thorough business understanding.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
Developing a sales strategy using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets and customers
Promoting new products and solutions through customer education and internal training
Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities
Promoting a collaborative and customer focused environment to ensure best practice and successful delivery to our clients

To be successful in this role you will:
Show extensive experience gained within a Sales and Commercial environment
Have experience of leading and developing business strategy and planning for success
Demonstrate knowledge and awareness on Industrial Markets in Europe such as, Metal, Mining, Transportation, Paper or Infrastructure
Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner
Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with customers
Enjoy working as a team, collaborating, communicating and solving problems with others
Demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
Be able to travel internationally to customer sites (up to 50% travel required)
Be fluent in verbal and written Italian and English
