The Billing Analyst will be responsible for carrying out invoicing for all customers, ensuring its completeness and transmitting invoices to customers in a timely manner. What You Will Do Perform routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems;Ensure completeness of monthly billing;Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed;Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox);Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions. What You Will Bring To The Role Dutch language level B2;English language level B2;Experience in a billing or accounting department;Ability to prioritize work within the team;Strong attention to detail, rigorous;Good knowledge of the Office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs;Fluency in the client internet portal;Knowledge of accounting.
