Your day to day:As a Business Analytics Manager, you will be providing senior business leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to inform business strategies, improve performance, and drive business growth. This involves understanding business objectives, identifying trends, and assessing market dynamics.You will be working across a comprehensive suite of 1800 services across the Information Technology and Network domains, with a cumulative financial scope of billion Euros. To help us achieve business success, you will conduct in-depth analysis using advanced analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights from data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions, develop and present data-driven reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to the top management to help taking crucial decisions. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:Spearhead the overhaul of the current service delivery model by integrating automation and innovation, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across operations.Architect and implement comprehensive operational reports and dashboards, empowering leadership with critical insights to drive strategic business decisions.Lead rigorous cost analysis and establish management protocols to ensure accurate financial recharges to clients, upholding the integrity of fiscal processes.Guarantee the 100% accuracy of all business reporting mechanisms, encompassing customer recharges, cost analyses, benchmarking, and efficiency metrics.Achieve a year-over-year increase in the automation of reporting processes, streamlining operational efficiency.Create and maintain governance dashboards to critically assess the precision and timeliness of data collected from local markets, enhancing global oversight and quality control.Cultivate a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.With these skills you are a great candidate:Proven track record of leading large transformation programs, as well as budget management Advanced experience in Microsoft Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI & Power Apps)Good technical skills to drive automation projects in business reporting (Python or other data analytics tools) Proven track record of optimizing delivery, international experience, and background in a complex business environment essential as well as ability to work across distributed team in a complex business environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire othersSounds like the perfect job?
