Role: The Business Development Data & AI Lead & Microsoft Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our data and AI solutions portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and AI, coupled with a proven track record in business development and partnership management. The job will offer you opportunities to participate in international projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe (job locations Slovakia). Your responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive collaborative success in data and AI initiatives. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients and partner Microsoft to maximize collaboration and mutual success. Identifying key stakeholders and reaching out to explore joint business opportunities. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Develop strategies to capture emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business plans. Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and improve partner programs, particularly in the area of data and AI solutions. Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for joint offerings that align with market trends and customer needs. Working with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials for joint initiatives. Providing regular updates and reports on the performance of the partnership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Effectively communicating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Personality requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage. Proven experience in business development or partner management, with a focus on data and AI solutions. Strong understanding of the data and AI industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. Proven track record in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
