Capacity Planning & CapEx and Fix Assest (m/f/d) in Arad

Your tasks: * Responsible to define the capacity needs of country regarding S&OP; * Monitor and update a local equipment database; * Maintain and update a global capacity monitoring and provide inputs for selecting the appropriate location for launch/transfer of products; * Lead the equipment’s inventory in coordination with local controlling; * Performs OEE audits; * Consolidate CapEx needs of all departments, check the content and submit the CapEX budget to country controlling for validation; * Check and release PAMs for country plants; * Qualification and training of capacity planning / Capex& fixed assets engineers according to LEONI Standards; * Build up local competences to fully take over planning capacity engineering at Country Plant; * Ensure application of governance for capacity planning at country Plants level in line with WSD standards.   Your skills: * Bachelor or master degree with focus on technical fields; * 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, either in large organizations or in consulting area; * Fluent knowledge of English, any other European language is a strong asset; * Experience in using MS Office with advanced Excel skills preferred; * Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and flexible team player, with a desire to work with an international team; * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all management levels; * Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in deadline driven, dynamic environment; * Ability to offer appropriate solution that balance business needs and compliance.   LEONI Arad For additional information contact us at recrutare.arad@leoni.comLeoni is a global provider of products and solutions for energy and data management in the automotive sector and other industries.
