Overview
We are looking for an Insights Manager to lead the Beverages Commercial, Shopper and RGM Insights agenda across Central Europe and BCCA Franchise markets.
The role supports delivery of key FOBO priorities and accelerates CSD and Energy growth, NRR and SOM by providing high‑quality insights to drive business planning processes (BDA, JBP, QBR, AOP), marketing plans, PPA and customer engagement.
We welcome candidates from both Poland and Romania.
Responsibilities
Lead Commercial & Shopper insights agenda in CE & BCCA FOBO:
Lead the Commercial & Shopper Insights agenda across CE & BCCA FOBO markets.Shape channel strategy in close partnership with Franchise Leaders, GTM, AFH teams and Bottlers.Build strong, win‑win relationships with key Bottlers, strengthening PepsiCo category and shopper expertise.Deliver distribution and shopper deep dives in priority markets, identifying size‑of‑prize opportunities for key brands.Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop shopper‑led selling stories and support selected customer engagements.Monitor market, category and shopper dynamics, tracking key Distribution, Shelf and Assortment KPIs and flagging risks and opportunities.Drive “where to play / how to win” insights with key Bottlers, including Growth Navigator assessments with Carlsberg.Lead competitor and innovation insights, highlighting growth opportunities and course‑correction needs.Lift & shift PepsiCo insights and category management best practices across markets.Lead RGM insights agenda in CE & BCCA FOBO:
Lead the RGM Insights agenda to support PepsiCo–Bottler commercial priorities.Drive human‑centric, occasion‑based PPA and customer engagement through actionable insights.Lead RGM research ( conjoint, pack/price and occasion insights) and partner with NRM and Franchise teams to activate with Bottlers.Lift & shift RGM / NRM insights best practices across CE & BCCA.
Qualifications
Strong background in Insights, Analytics, RGM, Shopper or Category ManagementAble to manage complexity across 20+ markets and multiple Bottling partnersHighly analytical, action‑oriented and results‑drivenStrong storytelling and senior stakeholder influencing skillsPassion for consumer & shopper‑centricityGreat to have:
Beverage and/or Franchise model experienceExperience working cross‑geographyExperience influencing senior leadership teams as external Bottlers/ Distributors/ Retailers leadership.For candidates who will work in Poland: For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of renumeration for the position.
