Our tool is available in over 100 countries, we have been mentioned in Forbes and National Geographic, we are planning to go public and we’re not stopping there!About the role:This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, talented and passionate technologist who will take a lead on the tech vision for our company. The CTO will be a member of PhotoAiD’s leadership team, making decisions that will impact the future operations of the company.Key responsibilities include the following:People management. The CTO will:lead, structure and scale the engineering team;set the right goals, take responsibility for performance management and tech talent development;assume responsibility for the team’s productivity;manage external tech vendors as needed.Technical leadership. The CTO will:be responsible for all the technical aspects of the system (developing the product as dictated by business needs, at an appropriate pace, as well as quality, reliability, security, scalability, and R&D for further development);create a long term, technical vision for PhotoAiD tailored to optimize the business goals and then design, execute and overlook the transition towards that vision;have full power over technical decisions.Flawless execution.Cooperation and communication. The CTO will:be the representative of the engineering team to the rest of the executive team;work with the rest of the executive team on the company strategy and tactics.Operations.
