API (regular) DiPocket is a B2B2C Fintech offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions ranging from financial apps for loyalty and customer acquisition, to physical and virtual gift cards, to cards for disbursements (e.g. loans, gig economy, employee benefits) to wearables for cashless events. A principal member of Mastercard and VISA, DiPocket operates across the EEA with a focus on Central Europe and offers tokenizable cards in most European currencies. Established in 2015, DiPocket is an Authorized Electronic Money Institution regulated by theBank of Lithuaniaas well as the FCA and employs a growing team of close to 100 people across its locations in Vilnius, London, Warsaw and Kyiv. We are expanding our Client Delivery Team of 3 people with one more Client Delivery Manager to be based in either of our Lithuanian or Polish hubs. The goal of this position is to design end-to-end Payment Cards/API product solution for business clients.What would you do?• Participate in initial meetings with business clients, scoping requirements to deliver DiPocket solutions, comprising APIservices and Payment Cards.• Gather detailed business requirements to payment cards configurations and API product setup.• Identify gaps that require systems development and provide business requirements for further development.• Design end-to-end Payment Cards/API product solutions for business clients.• Plan the project activities and liaise with all involved stakeholders (account managers, business client’s technicalrepresentatives, development team, infrastructure team, Mastercard/Visa teams etc.).• Prepare API setup configurations/payment cards configurations for Mastercard/Visa.• Provide user acceptance testing of end-to-end Payment Cards/API product solution for business clients to make sure finalsetup meets initial requirements of client.What would we expect from you?• Bachelor degree (Economics/Finances/IT etc.).• Strong analytical skills/structured approach to problem solving.• At least 2 year relevant work experience e.g. in a product or project management team.• Good English skills (both speaking and writing).What would we consider as a benefit (but not mandatory)?• Experience with Payment Cards products implementation.• Experience with API products implementation.• Experience in financial technologies/banking/Mastercard/Visa.• Ability to specify payment cards requirements (Mastercard/Visa BINs, products, limit groups, card usage groups, MCCetc.).• Ability to describe API product solution (API methods list based on client’s product peculiarities).What would we offer?• Annual performance and compensation reviews.• Quarterly well-being budget.• Ability to participate in external trainings and conferences.• Training and support during the adaptation period.• Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.• Experience of working in a fast-changing international environment.• Hybrid working schedule with 2 days per week at Mindspace Koszyki and other flexible
