Would you like to be part of this journey? Your mission: Expand the UiPath automation community through meaningful education on the UiPath Academy and Academic Alliances program. Enable professionals in acquiring new skills and expanding their careers in RPA. Contribute to the “future of work” movement by helping people learn the skills of the future. This is what you'll do at UiPath:Develop integrated marketing campaigns and learning programs to support educational initiatives in the large UiPath Community. Generate awareness and amplification of the UiPath Academy and learning programs to onboard new audiences into automation. Understand the Learning organization roadmap and develop relevant marketing strategies to ensure the success of the initiatives;Define, manage and produce content and programs that deliver new user acquisition, onboarding of new users and professional growth of existing users;Share community success stories and achievements - this might include interviews, video production with agency support, press releases, campaigns, social media activation etc.;Define, implement and nurture relevant user journeys for beginners and professionals in automation. Measure and get insights for future developments and expansion in the community;Contribute with your marketing support and campaigns management to UiPath adoption into existing and new academic alliances. Scale the adoption and engagement of the UiPath Community in Academy;Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement programs and partnerships successfully; communicate, maintain and develop internal stakeholder and customer relationships with different departments (Academy, Product, Sales, Tech Alliance, other Marketing teams);Track metrics and milestones to ensure proper execution and success of the programs, campaigns and partnerships. Setup and use specific tools that help us gain insights. Existing tools in place: Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI etc.This is what you'll bring to the team:Experience in developing learning communities, programs and marketing campaigns for educational functions (adoption of new skills, new technologies). Relevant results, metrics achieved and public proof of work;Experience in working with marketing tools such as Marketo, CRM systems, analytics (Power BI or Tableau), content creation tools (written or visual);Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Keep things simple, down-to-earth and relevant to the target audience. English proficiency is a must;Quick to demand results from self and others. Multi-disciplinarity. Have a strong understanding of the use of marketing tools and techniques. It’s not mandatory to know how to do the entire execution of everything but know what to ask from colleagues and vendors;High inclination towards collaboration. Curiosity to learn, ask questions and build meaningful relationships and programs. Experience in working cross-departments;Be responsive to change and accelerated pace. Bold in your approach, immersed and fast in execution; Similar marketing experience is a must, passion to develop communities is much appreciated.
