Job Description Process owner for claims management in Plant; Key Account for internal customer (Manufacturing); Ensure deliveries during claims management; Making decision for Quality at boarder line, define and control containment actions;(z. B. re-work, sorting, delivery stop, concession); Sending Q-alerts to other Bosch plants; Coordination and execution of analyses for internal and external claims due to deviations at purchased parts; Plausibility checks and training or support of sorting operations; Collecting of plant failure cost for reimbursement; Cooperation during production trial runs; Order of 3rd party sorting; Preparation and leading of internal/external quality meetings in plant; Create and develop reports and documentation; Analyse of Quality data; Lessons learned into new projects or products. Qualifications Technical studies; Good communication skills; Knowledge in mechanic, mechatronic, robotic, quality; Knowledge of 8D; Experience in Claims management; Knowledge of Quality tools; English medium conversational skills.
