Job Description Summary
As part of our ongoing expansion NTT Ltd is setting up a new entity in Romania, with our new office being located in Bucharest. From this office will be responsible for managing different functions on behalf of the NTT Ltd countries in Europe, including Finance Operations, Contract Management and Order Management.

Working at NTT

 

  • Assignments received include goals and the process by which to meet the goals
  • Gives direction to employees according to established policies and management guidelines
  • Assigns workload to Contract Mgmt Processors
  • Ensures team is meeting OLA’s/SLA’s and team driven objectives
  • Ensures team is trained on all processes and platform and advises on new ways of working.
  • Recommends changes to units or sub-unit policies
  • Higher level management reviews work
  • Applies judgement within defined policies and procedures
  • Interacts with subordinate managers or peers from other functional areas in order to gain cooperation
  • Advises Team Mgmt SME and Contract Manager on project deliverables
  • Supports SME and Contract Manager on improvements to standard way of working
  • Contribute to the execution of Compliance testing and UAT
  • Responsible for operational management of the Contract Mgmt Processing team
  • Co-ordinate the Contract Processing processes
  • Ensure that established standard ways of working for Contract Mgmt activities are being followed
  • Deal with complex queries, ensuring progress and solutions are communicated efficiently
  • Escalate more complex queries to the Contract Manager
  • Maintain a level of Data Quality within the Team
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders and employees are informed of the procedural requirements for processing transactions

People Management

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
  • Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Plan and organize team building activities

 

Reports and Dashboards

  • Prepare monthly reports considering the established KPIs for Contract Mgmt Team activities
  • Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports as required by the business or the management
  • Ensure proper control checks are adhered to, so that errors are minimized/ eliminated
  • Report any non-compliance issues to the management and recommend precautionary measures
  • Oversee and assist the month end closing processes and various financial & operational audits

 

 

 

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Completion of a basic Business Administration Degree is preferable
  • Working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable

 

Work Experience:

  • 4 – 5 years’ work experience as a Team Leader or Similar Role
  • At least 4 years’ work experience in a related environment
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player and self - starter
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
