You will be responsible for team leadership and task coordination within the Ground Segment team in Poland. An international team full of talent and desire to innovate where you will perform tasks such as: Coordination in Poland activities related with satellite data processingCoordination with other managers at the level of the groupPrioritization of the work to be performed by team members across projects related with satellite data processingEconomic control of the projects portfolio budgetOffers and proposal preparationDefinition of technological solutionsCustomer and subcontractors management (meetings, follow-up, commercial activities etc)Project risk controlGeneration of projects documentation and reporting DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM? If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following knowledge/experience:Master's Degree in Engineering (or science/technology)Knowledge and experience in space sector projects related with satellite data processing performed for ESA, EUMETSAT or other clientsAt least 5 years of experience managing several projects and engineering contractors, supervising and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and best overall valueExperience leading multiple weekly meetings with internal teams to follow-up the plan and status of the projectsExperience investigating technical details and leading problem resolutionExperience leading in critical path schedule itemsLeadershipTeam spirit approach and excellent communication skillsConflict management and interpersonal skillsAnticipation, clear reportingCustomer orientation We will also value:Experience in commercial opportunities identiffication and offers preparation in space marketSW design and development.
