As a Trainee you will:
Process & Performance Improvement: Continuously analyzes operational data to identify errors, missing information, and root causes of workflow blockages, contributing to ongoing enhancement of Sales Administration processes.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Manages customer requests and complaints, ensuring timely handling, prioritization, and escalation through appropriate internal channels.
Operational Management: Oversees invoice processing in Tradeshift and maintains up‑to‑date work instructions and documentation for the team.
Reporting & Internal Collaboration: Prepares monthly and ad‑hoc reports while providing internal support to cross‑functional teams to drive progress and maintain service quality.
