We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of excellence as a Customer Service Specialist!  Receiving customer orders, order verification based on offers or sales agreements, order crea-tion in the SAP system.  Sending order acknowledgments to customers  Develops and manages products portfolio together with customers.  Monitoring delivery dates/attending various meetings related to planning (SCM meetings)  Providing customer information regarding possible delays or other changes  Order-related correspondence with customers, handling various customer inquiries or redirect-ing them to other departments - tracking inquiries.  Monitoring goods dispatch after release  Requesting, analyzing, and recording customer forecasts  Proactive forecast management  Customer service complaints - receiving, recording, and managing.  Preparation of various customer reports  Discussion and coordination of customer requirements with Business Developer  Proposing new products to customers for portfolio development/key liaison in case of recipe changes What should you bring?  University degree preferably in engineering or economic/commerce.  2+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Service / Sales or commercial administration involving direct customer contact or Client Account Management  Good ERP know-how (SAP/R3 knowledge is an advantage), MS-Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus, especially German.  Communication skills: ability to actively listen and address external and internal customer needs, articulate competently and objectively, adept in customer interaction.
