Position Description:
We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in Databricks to help design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines. You will work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and accessibility for analytics and machine learning applications.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using Databricks and Spark.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data requirements.
• Design and implement data models and schemas for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production data pipelines.
• Document data processes, architecture, and workflows.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python or Scala.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
