Salary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 annual bonus

Role Description

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Advisor and provide high-quality technical support and customer service to German-speaking users. Youll diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensure excellent customer experiences, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to German-speaking users

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Log, track, and document incidents using internal systems

Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary

Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Candidate Profile

Native or C1/C2 level German (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support

Comfortable using IT systems and ticketing tools

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona

Additional technical knowledge (IT, software, hardware, etc.)

Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment
