Data Product Owner in Constanţa

SAS (nice to have) We are looking for you if:You have proven experience in managing the work for data team, preferably as Product Owner, Project Manager. At least 2 years,You have proven experience in Data Management field,You have experience in Agile/ Scrum,You have experience in creating long and short terms plans, sometimes with limited information,You have ability to quickly adopt to change, prioritize product backlog items accordingly,You have excellent communication skills, writing and verbal, in Polish and in English (fluently),You are passionate about maximizing the value of the deliveries/ product,You are a strong decision maker and you have can-do attitude,You have perfect time management, self-organization skillsYou are excellent team player, persistent, service oriented, people centric, eager to learn,You have higher education (preferably IT, Banking, Quantitative Studies, Mathematics). Your responsibilities:maximising value added by your product,creation and maintenance product vision,maintenance product backlog in AzureBoards while working with squad of data analysts, data engineers, developers, data scientists,Planning the deliveries of the team in a way that that delivery is often and with maximized the value,Defining and negotiating priorities based on objective criteria,Working closely with other Product Owners who uses the output of your product or provide input to yours to plan and align the deliveries,Stakeholder management, managing stakeholders’ expectations. Main stakeholders are teams using data (e.g. for further transformation, reporting, analysis) and teams who delivers data,Proposing compliant solutions, functionalities to increase the value of your deliveries and to increase the value of the Product Area (in which you will operate),Identifying risks, proposing mitigation actions,Identifying issues and impediments and working on their closure actively, proposing the improvements and solutions. On this position, you will not be a line manager of the team. The goal of the products, we work on in this area, are automation of data delivery and/or automation of risk model development. Our products are then used to build state of the art risk models, to identify trends and to monitor credit risk levels across different bank portfolios globally, both retail and business. As a Product Owner, you will have product related to automation data collection and disclosure and you will be responsible for its value maximization.
