Join us in shaping the future of HR and making a lasting impact on the industry landscape.Profile: Over 7 years of IT experience with deep expertise in Learning (Learning Management Systems) and Legal processes, including digital platforms and technologies such as Cornerstone, Veeva, Learning, and OneTrust.Proven project leadership skills with extensive experience in implementing IT and digital projects, particularly in Learning and Legal solutions.Strong background in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, encompassing technology planning, execution, and policy development/maintenance.Skilled in vendor management and negotiation.Proficient in understanding master/data field connections and their impacts.Experienced in working with agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.Strong project management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication abilities.Expertise in designing and managing multi-geography, multi-tier services.Capable of conceptual and analytical thinking, with the ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.In-depth knowledge of technological trends in Learning and Legal solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent required; an advanced technical degree is preferred.Join our clients collaborative team and be a catalyst for innovation.
