Job Title: Enterprise Account ExecutiveLocation: United KingdomThe Company: Vendor of Construction Management SaaS Platform - Asset + Maintenance, Document Management and BIM solutions Heavy backing by a top 10 global PE firm - growing both organically and via acquisition mill+ turnover, 60 offices globally Forward thinking and modern organisation where sustainability is at the forefront of everything they do - having just hired a 'Head of Sustainability'The Role: Identifying and contacting prospective clients, following up inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, presenting proposals/solutions and closing sales Working with presales colleagues to assess prospect requirements and develop technical/commercial proposals Proactively managing and developing (nurturing) existing customers Work alongside the marketing team in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives Managing £k+ enterprise accounts within AECOThe Requirements: 5+ years selling B2B SaaS Construction/Real Estate/Linear Infrastructure related sector experience Adept at networking large, strategic accounts and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude Full UK driving license Proven track record of success in salesThe Process: 1st: video interview with Hiring Manager 2nd: Panel presentation with exec boardJob Reference:JO-15
