Error Management Specialist with German - hybrid in Sibiu

What to expect: Fault management for mobile online service development.Lifecycle management of vehicle projects for all defects (prioritization, clarification, forwarding, etc.).Maintenance of the defect database.Participation in customer meetings (status reports, identification of "showstoppers").Management of international distributed teams (tickets and reports verification).Checking the quality of changes and problems description. What you bring along: You have a degree in the fields of Economics, Human resources or Technical.Experience in Customer support field (or similar) and problem management systems for minimum 2 years.Good communication and assertive attitude.Good understanding of concepts like processes and product life cycle .Technical know-how not really necessary, but does no harm.Advanced English language knowledge are required, German nice to have.
