Your responsibilities Work with team to ensure scalable and stable support of a server platforms hosted in Public Cloud as well as Regional Data Centre environment including activities such as capacity, design, maintenance & troubleshootingWork with team to handle ongoing maintenance e.g., service pack installations, hot fixes, software upgrades, etcContribute to the technical design of new server infrastructure solutions as new business requirements demand and in cooperation with Infrastructure ArchitectEnsure server infrastructure is fully documentedProactively ensure the security of our server infrastructure, make recommendations to achieve this and cooperates with IT Security TeamWork with any outsourced suppliers to complement in-house expertise to ensure dynamic support to the business and achievement of service levelsPlan, implement, monitor and control projects as requested by the ‘Head of Tech Services’, and provide handover documentation to Service Desk as appropriateInvolved in costing projects and producing business cases for company expenditureStay current on industry trends and new technologies and recommend future initiativesSupport Office 365 platform together with other RIG team members Our requirements Wide knowledge of IaaS and PaaS offerings on Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to: Azure AD, IaaS Virtual Machines, Azure Vault / backup, VNET / Subnets / Network Security Groups / Azure Firewall etc., Azure SQL, Azure SQL for MySQL, Azure Site Recovery Services, Other cloud platforms will be an advantageGood understanding of best practices of design, implementation, and management of Microsoft ecosystem products, including but not limited to: Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, DNS, File sharing services, Printing Services, SQL Server, Office 365Hands on technical experience in administration of Windows Server ecosystemKnowledge of PowerShell scripting languageInfrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code) and configuration managementExperience in working on live distributed production systems (monitoring, implementation and support)Strong knowledge of Networking - DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Routing, WebA working knowledge of high availability/clustering technologiesKnowledge of backup-recovery processesAzure knowledge on professional levelOther cloud providers basic knowledgeDeployments to Public cloud specifically Azure environmentExcellent English (both written and spoken)The security implications and challenges created by Public cloud deployments especially Azure What we offer Opportunity to continue your career in a large, international organizationEmployment based on a full-time employment contractAttractive salaryAccess to the LinkedIn e-learning training platform Benefits Sports cardPrivat medcial care Life insuranceFully remote workFlexible working timeEmployee referal programExtra leave
