Your future role Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, advanced financial data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable Review: Review invoices for accurate allocation to the internal codes. Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant. Mobility Projects Review: Oversee documentation and accruals related to mobility projects. Provide support for expense-related queries and audits. Management Book Adjustments: Consolidate and review financial data for management books. Request and implement adjustments for accruals and cost reclassification. Income Statement Management: Conduct a final review and update the income statement. Prepare and deliver comments for the monthly financial review call. Cash Flow Analysis: Review monthly cash flow reports, analyzing actual data. Provide insights and analysis on available cash positions. Headcount Reporting: Review headcount data for accuracy and prepare relevant reports. Client Invoicing: Issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy in headcount and calculations. Prepare and review calculation templates and provide clarification to support billing processes. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budget files and cash flow forecasts in line with company objectives. Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate reports on headcount, costs, and other financial metrics as needed. Support Functions: Provide support on mobility projects, audits, and presentations. Maintain effective communication with company management and clients, staying informed of any changes or decisions. Process Adherence: Follow established processes and procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely. Data Protection: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and data protection, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings.
