He/she is supporting the customers in their transitions to Genesys Cloud and ensuring the customer is using the new platform to its full potential. He/she has an end-to-end expert understanding of Customer eXperience tools and eco-System and can consult customers on picking up the right tools and architecture for their business requirements. Contact Center and CX related services:Expert level knowledge and hands on experience of in Genesys WEM and WFM product suite.Experience in the CX eco-system and end to end holistic understanding of the components.Contact center organization and operation to be able to understand customer needs and translate them into a high level designGood understanding of the RPA,AI and Bot tools available in the market (Google, Amazon etc )Full Spec upon application
