German Advertising Specialist Bulgaria (Remote) with Relocation in Piteşti

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Advertising Specialist to support a global leader in social media and digital advertising. In this role, you will work with small and medium-sized businesses in the German market, helping them grow through strategic digital advertising solutions.

If you are passionate about online advertising, outbound sales, and building long-term client relationships, this opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced international environment where you can make a real impact from Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00.


What the role looks like:

  • Management of high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
  • Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets.
  • Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences always.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
  • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.
  • Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.


Requirements:

  • Fluent level of English and German - written and spoken.
  • Min. 1,5 years in a sales role, ideally in tech. Advertising sales sector.
  • Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time.
  • Digital advertising knowledge – will be considered as advantage
  • Skilled at competitive selling to win new business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
  • Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool.
