Global IT Productivity & O365 Specialist in Bucuresti

   The Global IT Productivity & O365 Specialist is responsible for the technical engineering and infrastructure support for a large scale Office 365, collaboration, and productivity tools environment leveraging enterprise-scale technical experience for both cloud and hybrid/ on-premise infrastructure. This includes implementation, administration and technical/end-user support for cloud productivity environments and defining the right solutions for the enterprise.    The successful candidate will be a key team player considered an expert for all technical aspects of managing and supporting the Office 365 and productivity tools environment.   This candidate should be comfortable in providing tailored technical solutions to address business needs and issues; researching and helping to develop and deploy new solutions, along with setting the right priorities and objectives to help drive the future strategy and roadmap for the enterprise. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ Required Language Proficiency: English % Travel Time: 5% Licenses or Certifications: Relevant Microsoft and Productivity Tools certifications, six sigma   KEY ACTIVITIES Regional technical lead with global responsibilities for supporting and maintaining an 33k+ Office 365 end-point environment Provide technical direction, standards, and best practices Ensure all deployed systems and technologies are delivered in a way that ensures the best end user working experience  Implement flexible and secured solutions that ensure consistency and standardization across the enterprise Ensure operational best practices are met and identify areas of improvement to continually improve service quality Helps to develop the technical and user requirements, training, adoption, roadmaps, and configurations  Researches, understands, tests and integrates new systems and technologies Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT management on an ongoing basis to collect feedback to improve the overall user experience and satisfaction  Vendor management and coordination including assisting with contract/SOW negotiations and renewals Provide oversight and coordination for technology adoption and training for refreshes and deployments Drive the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for business (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange). Incident/problem analysis, trending and troubleshooting including troubleshooting with vendors. Drive automation and AI next generation capabilities  Drive initiatives for value realization, simplification of the ECO system and automation Drive Six Sigma efficiency   BEHAVIORAL SKILLS Demonstrated leadership skills with the proven ability to develop and grow talent; hire project-based consulting resources to meet business needs and demand Strong business acumen with a customer service excellence driven attitude Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders at different levels Ability to manage multiple projects and operational BAU tasks simultaneously Demonstrated problem-solving and resolution capabilities Strong vendor management and coordination skills Ensure future ready roadmaps   FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Broad understanding of Microsoft technologies including Office 365 such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office suite of tools Extensive experience as a Microsoft Office 365 administrator, and a leader in defining and helping to implement and support enterprise class solutions Demonstrated skills and knowledge supporting productivity and development platforms and tools such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) Familiar with IT and industry best practices, IT standards, relevant trends, ITIL and in creating technology roadmaps   TECHNICAL SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated skills and knowledge in supporting and maintaining large scale Office 365 environment Oversight for driving legacy SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online / OneDrive migrations Knowledge of MS CQD and Power Bi Analytics; scripting and automation utilizing PowerShell  Experience working in a global outsourced environment  Experience supporting and implementing a wide range of collaboration related technologies in a global enterprise setting Relevant Microsoft and industry standard training and certifications including Microsoft Teams certified administrator Six Sigma Introduction Requirements Information Organisation/Department Job description
