Global Supply Chain Manager in Bucuresti

Your daily adventures will include: Manage day to day supply chain operations at a Global & Regional level. Work closely with local supply chain teams to resolve bottlenecks. Implement and maintain Daily Direction Setting (DDS) on key SC Metrics & KPIs. Organize & manage effective regional reviews (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) ensuring markets stay on track with assigned quarterly targets. Provide executive summaries on supply chain performance for key metrics, explaining deviation from target and action plans to bridge gap to target. Lead crisis management as and when the situation requires, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and resolving issues through to resolution. Map out critical processes, assessing process gaps, highlighting potential areas for improvement through changes in systems, processes and organization. Own all dark stores stocking process and supply forecast and closely collaborate drafting the frameworks & analytics so that local Category Managers ensure we have the necessary products in each dark store in the world. Organize and launch the global system that we’ll be using to track the most important metrics for supply chain worldwide: ERP, Supply Management software, etc. Work on inventories levels, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance while always improving the distribution playbook for each market. Plan, hire, and manage smart, engaged & hardworking global and local teams. Ensure all supply chain processes meet all legal local and global requirements and high ethical standards. Collaborate and partner with the Central team to ensure our efforts are resourced to maximize positive impact to the overall growth of the business on all fronts. Work and travel to local markets in order to improve both our operational kpis as well as customers' success globally. We are looking for: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field. 6+ years of previous relevant experience in SC operations with at least 2+ of them managing fast-paced teams. You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must). Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems. You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well. You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds. Excellent communication & written skills in English.
