Group Leader in Bucuresti

Aufgaben We are seeking a Group Leader to oversee our business operations in the South-East region of Romania for our infrastructure projects.Managing the activity of the group including all the group's construction sites and the group's central office, for its development in good conditions and for the optimal quality of the works: Keep in touch with customers/beneficiariesRepresents the management of the company in the territory within the limits of the responsibility granted Coordinates and monitors deadlines and quality of all own and third-party work performed Continuous monitoring of construction progress and site results Communicates to the company's management any divergence that arises in the relations with local authorities, customers, designers, suppliers, etc. Constant attention to the potential for cost reduction Monitors the preparation of all documents attesting to the volume, quality and value of the works Responsible for coordinating the deployment of personnel (own and external staff) on the construction project Participation in human resources planning and selection Execution of activities in the assigned area of responsibility in accordance with mandatory and applicable internal and external regulations, especially for safety, health and environmental protection, ISCIR, etc. Qualifikationen Higher education in construction (university road construction) Relevant experience in a position with similar responsibilities Ability to interpret technical data, financial reports, legal documentsKnow the relevant legislation in force PC: Microsoft Office; iTwo, Autocad, Project Foreign languages: English Very good communication and relationship skills Negotiation skills Good planning and organizationOrganized, motivated, responsible, attentive to detailsPro-active attitude, team spirit and analyticalAbility to make decisions Driver's license categories: B
