The ideal candidate is a function advocate and change champion who will work closely with the leadership team to understand the needs of the business and develop HR strategies that support the organisation's goals and objectives.General activities include:Supporting the Director-level HRBP with projects/initiatives, as well as proactively forecasting the needs of the business.Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify HR-related improvement opportunities and asses the delivery of programs.Advising managers and employees performance management, employee relations, talent management and succession plans.Supporting the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.Providing guidance and support on employee development and training.Overseeing the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.What does it take to support and grow our organization from a HR perspective?Ideally a university degree in HR or a related field,A strong background in HR, including a deep understanding of business and functional group knowledge.Ability to think strategically.Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholder groups,YOUR CONTACT:UPS is committed to a policy of treating individuals fairly and recruiting, selecting, training, promoting and compensating based on merit, experience and other work-related criteria.
