Your tasks Receives suitable HR requests and confirms receptionsChecks if necessary HR skills and documents are available to answers requestProcesses data upload or incident request or involves special know-how by expertsUpdates transactional know-how data bank (based on FAQ)Consolidates information and sends answer to requestor (same channel)Closes and documents requestElaborates and analyzes reports according to the project requirements.
