Infrastructure Project Manager in Oradea

Aufgaben As an Infrastructure ProjectManager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects ofconstruction projects related to roads infrastructure and traffic signalization.Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing projects frominception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget,and to the highest quality standards.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a project management roleStrong knowledge of traffic technology, including road marking and traffic signalizationProficiency in Romanian, Hungarian and English languagesPossession of a valid driver's license, category B. Qualifikationen Plan the work and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipmentHire and manage staff for the project, including subcontractors and on-site personnelManage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality controlEnsure the project is delivered on time and within budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets, and monitoring progressReview design documents with designers, surveyors, and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibilityPromote and maintain health and safety standards on the construction site, conducting regular inspections to ensure safety rules are followedPrepare and write reports detailing project progress, challenges, and solutionsCommunicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in the projectHandle any unexpected problems or issues that may arise during the course of the projectProvide leadership and direction to the physical workforce, equipment operators and machine operators on the construction site.
