The Innovation & Technology Manager – Customer Experience is responsible for the IT resources working in the functional domain and is accountable for setting the strategic direction, project portfolio delivery, service management, business as usual operations and establishment of the Center of Excellence for specific IT knowledge that is used in this business domain. In the journey of increasing speed, innovation and work in an agile manner, Innovation & Technology Manager – Customer Experience will be responsible for the Transformation of the Functional domain and work closely together with both business operational and transformation teams to ensure business continuity during the transformation. Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) Your daily tasks may include:Recruiting, coaching, retaining and developing D&T talents allocated within his/her technology experts' team, that are assigned to the digital products and/or programs/projectsWorking side-by-side with the Business Function and capability Leaders for his/her respective programs, projects and products portfolios, to jointly set the functional portfolio vision, mission and roadmaps, with the focus on IT capabilitiesDeveloping and implementing IT Strategy within the standards and boundaries defined together with the Enterprise Architecture/Domain architecture competency centerEnsuring the execution of the annual plan (including projects) as well as management of the operational processes and activities in accordance with the relevant stakeholdersInspiring, advising and driving the selection of technologies, and also driving the technology and solution innovation pipeline with solution vendors and digital ecosystem, ensuring HEINEKEN is ahead of the curveManaging the full ecosystem of technology within the assigned domain, including effective partnerships with third parties, leveraging the full capabilities of the global and OpCo D&T workforceManaging the allocated budget for the domain and department taking into account the business strategy and business project portfolio, accordingly with financial cycles You are a good match if you have:Demonstrated experience in global rollout of Digital and IT solutions for Customer & Consumer domains across user experience, service-based architectures, front-end technologies and driving dat-based experimentation & innovationExperience in design, build and rollout global Digital and Technology programsExperience in managing relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) on strategic & tactical levelProven track record in communicating thru understanding, influencing and/or serving othersOther skills: project management, people management, building collaborative relationships, change management, influencing skills, managing without control
