The person will be responsible for booking media-plans in the system and provide daily running orders to scheduler’s teams. Responsibilities:Receive media-plans from clients/agencies Add the campaigns in our planning system (BNG)Provide support to Clients/Agencies and offer planning solutions Maintain a close communication with Ad Sales Process and release to transmission the daily running orders Load break pattern, predicted ratings and live ratings for each channel in BNG; update the system in case of break pattern changes Calculate monthly revenue for each client and send consumption to Finance, for invoicingOffer support to Finance in relation with media agenciesKeeps IM files up to date (Campaign list, Optimization file, Monitoring file)Qualifications:Requirements: (These are ‘musts’ for the role)Details orientedFluency in EnglishInterests in TV marketGood team playerTV sales experience would be a benefitMetrics:Well organized and ability to work under pressureAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesHigh level of responsibilitySkillsExcellent communication skillsManages time and priority management wellKnowledgeOf Warner Bros.Discovery and brand – understand the bigger picture and the storyOf programs – understands programming and the rage of inventory that can be soldOf the market – all media – now and in the futureUnderstands the challenges facing internal sales partners, e.g. planners
