The IT Application Owner is overall accountable for application(s) and/or infrastructure asset instances. ITAO Manages and maintains the application ensuring compliance with applicable IT policies & procedures with specific consideration to IT Management and Information Security policies. The AO ensures that the application is enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank's IT Security Risk and Compliance requirements of the client and other stakeholders as included in the application strategy and service levels. The AO identifies and manages the risks and issues associated with the application(s) and escalate appropriately.
Responsibilities
Is responsible for setting up/maintaining various environments for development, testing and production.Is responsible for implementing and upgrading system hardware and application software as guided by compliance policiesresponsible in managing application, Database & security events by active monitoring Participate in product implementation, customization, and enhancementsFollow Compliance guidelines & processes, Standard Operating instructions and best practicesResponsible for application availability as agreed with Service Level Agreements and Commitments Plan, Review and co-ordinate DR TestsParticipation in application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities, capacity forecasting on the compliant platformsManage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as User, Role, Account recertification, remediation of Application configuration gaps etc.Ensure Control On Boarding like Brokering solution, Secure Code ScanClose coordination with Internal/External Stakeholders and Vendor partnersSkills
Experience in managing IT applications on technical landscapeShould have awareness of application design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.Understanding application architectures, application software interfacesShould have experience in IT Service Management/ServiceNow/similar toolsExperience in handling applications Risk and Controls, IT Security controlsEnsuring policy-compliance for SOX, MAS, Audit (Internal and External).Experience in cloud technology like GCP will be necessaryShould have strong knowledge about end to end SDLC governance.Experience in Application Life cycle ManagementCobit 5 / ITIL KnowledgeBackground on risk management, compliance evaluation, IS and IT Audit facilitationDeployment - Automation & CI Experience basic level: GIT, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, Teamcity, Puppet, BladeLogicWell-being & Benefits
