As IT Operation Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers to the best banking in the world. You will join a fantastic team with extensive experience in support of core banking applications. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia. What you’ll be doing:Leading incident, change and problem management processes.Maintain system availability and sufficient level of IT operation support.Monitor COB procedure (closing business day) and background processes.Focus on automation and improvement technical and operation procedures.Installation of new changes and fixes.Work in 3 shifts in working days. Your experience and background: Bachelor's Degree.Excellent communication skills with very good level of English.Good organisational skills.Preferable technical knowledge (Linux/Windows) and experience in financial organization.
