As an ideal candidate you have: successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration or can provide a comparable qualificationseveral years of professional experience with an IT or management consultancy or have worked as an in-house consultant for an international companyseveral years of in-depth knowledge of modernizing SAP application landscapes as well as the underlying SAP methodologies, technologies (S/4 Hana, UI5), and tools (e.g. Solution Manager)experience in a leading position in IT project management and software developmentideally, you are experienced in combining the optimization of business processes in SAP ERP with the implementation of corresponding KPIs in SAP BW and thus monitoring the technical success of the projectproven experience in successfully setting up, managing, and leading interdisciplinary and international project teamsvery good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and standards (e.g. GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM)a strong process mindset and IT understanding, knowledge of IT software architecture is an advantage you are characterized by an independent, careful and methodical way of working as well as a strong customer-oriented mindset, persuasive powervery good communication and presentation skillsfluent English and good German Your responsibilities: the conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects with a focus on the digitization of business processes with SAP ERP-centric application landscapesthe success of projects and ensuring the achievement of all project objectives in terms oftime, quality and scope as well as the technical management of teamsthe redesign of the SAP application landscape from the internal use of R3 to S/4 Hana with portal solutions for internal and external usersthe preparation of pre-projects, feasibility studies and profitability calculations as well as the management of internal and external stakeholdersthe translation of the technical requirements into an IT conceptselecting and designing solutions in cooperation with the application specialists and the business unitthe implementation of professional and technical requirements in the form of projects as well as the management of internal employees and external service providers in professional, technical and strategic mattersensuring that the project team complies with all policies, procedures and quality standards applicable to the project What we offer:  work in an innovative, international team (close cooperation with headquarter in Germany) cross-functional teams with experienced and inspiring colleagues private medical care and life insurance broad access to professional trainings multisport card language courses number of benefits for families bi-annual company trips to Germany
